Designed to contain everything you need to improve stamina, strength and mobility, these workouts ensure your heart rate is elevated for an extended period of time through vigorous cardio and resistance exercises. The Circuit classes differ from CrossFit since they focus more on enhancing longer-term muscle endurance and the rest time between exercises in circuit training is generally short with rapid movement to the next exercise.
