WARM-UP
2x[6 Sh, 2x10 hip hikes, 4 Samson stretch, 2x10 banded rotations, 10 alt SA lunge/press, 10s HS hold STRENGTH Build then 5x[3 press, 1 Sled push, FHS hold WOD: Partners swap every rep: 50m HSW or 50 HSPU, 40 CL&J 70/45, 40 Sn 60/40, 30 either rope climbs, BMU, RMU or pullovers. Done however but must complete all reps of one movement to move on. 22 min cutoff
