WARM-UP
2x[400 row, 2x10 woodchops, 2x5 KB windmills, 6 lunge and side broom stretch], 2x[6 DB kneel to stand, 10 monkey taps, 8 ring Pushups and extend or ring rollouts, WOD 33 min AMRAP.
