WARM-UP
2x[20 Chest passes, 20 situps passes, 20 OH passes 3x[8 scorpions, 8 sissy squats, 8 Heavy hinged KBS a, 8 ring pushups with extensions, 8 Jefferson DL] STRENGTH Set up for WOD, practise DU, MU WOD 26 min AMRAP 3 person team: Relay style. One person goes all the way through then tags next person: 20 DU, 10 OHS 35/25, 6 bar facing burpees, 10 touches WWipers
