WARM-UP
2-4mins aerobic. DD hip complex, 30s relaxed squat, 5 yoga pushups, 2x6 bulgarian squats, 5 ring pushups, 5 paused goblet squats STRENGTH Build to starting weight for Clean. Do 2-3 rounds of 18.2 about 5 reps per round WOD: 18.2 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps for time of: •Dumbbell squats 22.5/15 or 15/12 •Bar-facing burpees
