WARM-UP
2x[30s skip, 20s core hold, 2x5 large arm circles, 2x30s side BB] 2x[8 good mornings, 2x4 KB windmills, 2x5 T's, 3 paused Goblet squats], STRENGTH 4x3 paused FSq build] 3x[5 FSq] Practise Cl&j and Snatches between sets WOD: EMOTM for 18 mins alt Cl&J 60/40, BF burpees, rest, snatch 60/40, BF burpees, rest. Can only do one set of touch and goes Cl&J and snatches
