WARM-UP
8Sh, 2x8 kip arm swings, 2x4 KB windmills, 4 lunge and rotate. 2x[2x10 DB wood chops, 8 wide grip ring rows, 4 streamline wall squats, 2x30s banded ankle stretch STRENGTH FSq build to 2RM paused, then go 4x[2FSq, 3 Chins WOD 12 mins keep clock running of: 60s thrusters 45/32.5kg, 30s of either BMU (8pts), CTB (4pts), Chins (2pts), Ring rows (1pt). 30s rest. Score is reps of thrusters plus points.
