WARM-UP
4x[30s Skip, 1 clock lunges, 60s calf stretch] 2x[4 paused Goblet squats, 4 cat skins, 2 large arm circles STRENGTH 3x[2 paused RSq, 5 banded lat pull downs], 4x[3 RSq, 1 rope climb] WOD AMRAP 1min on/off rotate through: DU, Chins, WB, Row C, Cl 50/35, Situps Divide DU score by 2, then add up each score for total.
