WARM-UP
3x[4Sh alt fwd/bwd, 8 prone retractions, 8 hang retractions], 2x[2x4 KB windmills, 2x4 large arm circles, 4 cat skins] STRENGTH Burgener 3x[2 x high snatch pull, 2xhang squat snatch, 2 snatch] work mod weight. Then 5x2 Sq snatch increase weight if 2 good reps. WOD 5 rounds of: 1Sh bear walk, 10 clusters 40/30, 2Sh 10 K2E 30s rest.
