WARM-UP
2x[8 Sh, 4xlunge and rotate, 2:00 of trigger lats/teres major, 2x[4 cat skins, 2x6 alt lunge and SA press, 5 wall squats]. STRENGTH Build then 6x[2 OHS (from rack), 20s DU max reps. WOD: Nasty Girls: . 3 rounds of 50 squats, 7 MU, 10 HCL 60/40. Scale for MU is C2B unaided or strict chinups and dips. Cutoff 15mins.
