WARM-UP
2x[8 Sh 100 skips 10 situps]. 2x[5 dive bombers, 3 wall kick ups, 20s sumo squat, 2x6 SA BUKBP. Trigger side glutes STRENGTH build to weight then: 4x[2 FSq, 3 HSPU WOD: chipper: 100 DU, 80 WB, 9/6 60 HR pushups 40 chins, 20C row, 100 DU, break the WB, Chins and pushups into whatever sets you like. Others must be done as one set. 20min cutoff
