16 Sh, 2 DD hip complex, 5 paused squats, 8 Sh, 2 mins shoulder mobilise (with band or trigger ball), 3x[5 hang high pull Cl, 5 paused diamond pushups STRENGTH Build then 5x [1 PCl, 5 dips WOD EMOTM do 15 DU 2 SA DB snatches 22.5/15kg. Every minute add 2 reps snatches until failure Score is R+R
