WARM-UP
6 Sh rot evens, 30 s broom through, DD complex, 5 wall squats 2x[2x10 wood chops, 8 Bulgarian squats, 2x4 KBS windmills, 8 alt DB press and lunge] STRENGTH Burgener warmup. 3x3 drop snatch, 3x3 hang squat snatch.
