WARM-UP
2x[5 Cossack stretch, 12 dead bugs. 8 goblet squats, 5 cat skins]. 2x[20s core rock hold, 2x5 Bulgarian split squat, 8 monkey taps STRENGTH Build then 5x3 RSq. Between sets do 5 reps of drop snatches with varying depth: WOD 11 min AMRAP of 16 alt Db snatches 20/15, 12 t2B, 8 ring dips
