WARM-UP
2x[400 row, 8 alt dead bugs, 60s calf smash or roll, 4 rollover to twist, 30s broom throughs], 2x[2x4 large arm circles, 2x6 BU Arnie press, 6 hip flexor lifts, STRENGTH 3x3 Press, 3x2 PP, 3x1 PJ. Do 6 alt pistols every 2nd set. WOD 3 rounds for time of: 80 DU 15 PSn 35/25kg 21 push-ups Cutoff: 14:00
