An Introductory Session - Free! Come and get to know us and experience first hand a one hour session!
During this session we:
* have a chat to you about your health, injuries, niggles, physical constraints etc * get you started with a warm up focusing on mobility and getting you ready for your session movements * go through a few strength and skills movements like squats, deadlifts, gymnastics movements * then we finish off with a workout tailored to your skill, fitness and strength level using some of the movements you just learned
It takes an hour and it is not scary or intimidating! Often it is just you in this session however 4 people is our max - you could even bring a friend or two! It is a great way to get to find out who we are and what we do.
