Give your kids a great start learning the foundations of movement in a fun and safe environment. We focus on building the basics of Agility, Movement and Power using fun games and exercises eg. cone running, ball skills, jumping, skipping and bar hanging.
10 - 15 year olds
We build upon the foundations of movement and fitness - Agility, Movement and Power. We start to teach the basics of some of the more technical lifts like deadlifts and squats as well as other CrossFit skills. The focus, as always, is ensuring your child learns skills in a safe and fun environment.
