We offer a free one hour introductory session which includes a health assessment, familiarisation of the facilities and equipment, instruction of some foundational movements and a light WOD (this stands for Workout of the Day).

These will be small groups of up to four people who are all at the same stage of their Onramp as you. The sessions go for an hour and cover our foundational movements as well as our more common warm up activities.
During these sessions, we assess you for any limitations you may have such as mobility or body awareness issues. We ensure that if you are unable to do a movement then you have appropriate scaling options plus we may give you some accessory exercises to develop your weaknesses.
By the end of these sessions, most clients feel confident to step into our Kanga sessions. Don't expect to know all the moves, or be proficient in them, this can take years and is half the fun of CrossFit - you're always learning new things! If you still don't feel confident, then we can arrange extra Onramp sessions for you.
The cost of the On-Ramp is $185, however we do offer a reduced price for groups of two to a maximum of four. The more in your group, the more you save!
