If you're not too fit and a little scared of starting a new fitness program then our NotFit Fitness classes are exactly what you are looking for!
These 45 minute classes include: * A warm up and mobility session where the aim is to get that body ready to move around. * A technique session where we focus on a specific move or two and teach the correct and safest technique. * A workout where you get to use your new moves as well as some golden oldies. These will get you huffin' and puffin', fitter and stronger.
